Responsible to perform accounting, taxation and business control matters. This role will ensure the oversight of processes, systems, documentation, compliance and reporting are in place to deliver quality services, providing the thought leadership to drive improvements for highly effective and efficient end-to-end processes of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the preparation of budgets and cash flow management.
  • Analyzing financial performance and providing commentaries.
  • Developing and managing financial systems and policies.
  • Controlling and forecasting income and expenditure.
  • Prepares payment by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
  • Responsible for making sure spending is in line with budgets.
  • Formulating and implementing business strategies.
  • Advising on business performances and financial implications.
  • Responsible for viewing of cash flow management and profit and loss statement.
  • Punctual and accurate completion of tax submission and monthly management reports.
  • Work closely with local countries and other business partners to ensure the operation runs smoothly.

Responsible to perform finance and general admin duties on a daily basis. The job scope includes of managing payments to our suppliers and engaging with our network on a regular basis. Responsibilities

  • Perform day to day processing of financial transactions to ensure that organizational finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
  • Prepare, verify, and process quotes, purchase orders, invoices and data entry for purchasing and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Based in Penang Headquarters/ Kuala Lumpur branch.
  • Prepare and conduct product talks, training and demonstration on molecular and rapid test kits locally and regionally.
  • Arrange for validation and evaluation of products at test sites.
  • Arrange appointments with researchers, lecturers, professors, doctors, pharmacists, hospital medical teams, researchers and academia, which may include pre-arranged appointment or regular cold calling.
  • Make presentations to academia, researchers, doctors, pharmacists in the retail sector, hospital doctors, university and research institutions.
  • Organize conference for researchers, academia, doctors and other medical staff.
  • Keep detailed records of all contacts.
  • Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables.
  • Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefing.
  • Keep up with the latest clinical data supplied by the company and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with customers during presentation.
  • Monitor competitor activity and competitor’s products.
  • Maintain knowledge of new development in the research and international and national health service, anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapting strategy accordingly.
  • Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the research institution, university, medical and healthcare sector.
  • Stay informed about the activities of research and healthcare services in a particular area.
  • Work with team managers and sales team to plan how to approach contacts with effective business plans, training and evaluation protocols for making sales in a particular area.
