Designed to integrate seamlessly with MEDIVEN’s in-house GenoAmp® Real-Time RT-PCR Dengue Kit, this solution marks a significant step toward enhancing speed, accuracy, and consistency in diagnostic reporting.
With GenoAmp® Viewer, lab personnel simply upload the raw Real-Time PCR data file. The system’s AI-powered algorithm interprets the amplification curves and generates the final test result and report in seconds, eliminating manual analysis, reducing potential human error, and ensuring reproducibility across high-throughput testing environments.
GenoAmp® Viewer automates interpretation by ingesting raw amplification data files (e.g. csv) and processing them using a proprietary AI model trained on large datasets from clinical validations. The algorithm performs baseline correction, assesses amplification efficiency, determines cycle threshold (Ct) values, and flags aberrant curves due to noise or non-specific amplification.
